What are your shipping fees?
We are pleased to offer flat rate shipping to anywhere that UPS Ground is available.
For orders of more than 12 bottles, contact us to place your order.
Expedited shipping options vary by location. Pricing varies by number of bottles.
Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere that wine can legally be shipped in the United States, and that UPS and FedEx service.
Why does it cost so much to ship wine?
Wine bottles are heavy. Additionally, wine is a fragile and perishable product. We pack our wine with care in packing materials specifically made for the safe transport of our products.
When will my wine ship?
Currently, orders are shipped Monday through Thursday to ensure that your wine arrives with limited exposure to the elements. All orders placed between Thursday afternoon and Sunday will ship on the following Monday. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please contact us at 707-259-9446 for assistance selecting shipping methods.

To ensure your order reaches its destination in time, we recommend placing your order before the dates below. These are recommendations and we cannot guarantee wine will arrive by your desired date. All dates are subject to carrier and weather delays.

How can I ensure my wine is delivered?
Someone 21 or older is required by law to receive and sign for the package. Packages containing alcoholic beverages cannot be left without an adult signature. We highly recommend tracking your package with the UPS tracking number sent via email, to ensure you will be available the day it is set to arrive. If your order goes undelivered, the carrier will make another attempt, however, the longer your wine is outside of a temperature controlled environment, the more likely the quality may become compromised.
Do you offer cold shipping?
Yes. During the warmer months, we automatically ship all orders with cold packs to prevent the wine from getting too hot. Typically, cold packs keep wine at a moderate temperature for 48 hours.
The only way to guarantee the integrity of the wine is to ship overnight. We cannot guarantee the quality of wine shipped other methods.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Please contact us for corporate and personal gifting to multiple addresses.
What is your return policy?
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. If your wine is flawed, please return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. (By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed). We are also unable to accept returns of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
