Ripe apples, sweet melon, wet gravel, poached pears, vanilla cream and hints of brioche lead into a mid-palate full of marshmallow and lemon custard that is downright gulpable. Beautiful texture without being clawing or clumsy. The intersection of where old-school meets new.
